Legal & Financial Consultancy

Juric's legal and financial practice covers the work a business needs from its advisers over a full lifecycle — forming the company, papering what it agrees, meeting what it is required to file, financing what it wants to build, and defending its position when that becomes necessary.

The eight areas below sit in one firm and are staffed by advocates, chartered accountants and company secretaries working to a common standard. The practical consequence for a client is that a matter crossing more than one discipline does not require two sets of advisers, two briefings, or two versions of the same facts.

How an engagement proceeds

01

A first conversation

A short, no-obligation discussion to understand the matter, its timing, and whether we are the right firm for it. Where the discussion turns to specifics we are glad to work under non-disclosure from the outset.

30 minutes
02

Scope and fee proposal

A written note setting out what we propose to do, what it will cost, and on what basis — by scope, by retainer, or at an agreed hourly rate.

2–3 working days
03

Engagement

Once the scope is agreed, work begins with a named point of contact. Documents and filings are prepared, and you are told what is required from you and by when.

Matter-dependent
04

Completion and record

On closing we hand over the complete file — executed documents, filings made, and a short note of anything that will fall due later.

Frequently asked questions

All of them. A client may engage us for a single opinion, a single filing, or a single notarial act. Equally, where a matter touches more than one area — a loan that needs both documentation and an audited statement, for instance — it is handled inside one engagement rather than passed between firms.

By scope for discrete matters, by monthly retainer for ongoing work, and at an agreed hourly rate where the work is genuinely open-ended. We do not bill in opaque increments and we do not invoice for the first conversation.

Yes. We are based in Ahmedabad and the work is national in reach. Central regulatory, corporate and financial matters proceed the same regardless of where a client is located; for state-specific matters and for appearances outside our own courts we engage local counsel where required.

No. Our clients' affairs are theirs. We do not publish case studies, we do not name clients, and we do not discuss matters outside the engagement. This is both a professional obligation and a deliberate position of the firm.
