Juric Consultancy Private Limited provides consultancy, documentation, coordination and professional-support services within the scope permitted by law. This page sets out how that works in practice: who performs regulated work, what the company itself does, and the compliance framework it operates under.

It is published because clients, lenders and public authorities are entitled to know how a multidisciplinary firm is structured before they engage it.

Who performs regulated work

Certain activities are reserved by statute or by professional regulation to individuals holding a specific qualification. Those activities are performed only by professionals qualified and authorised to perform them, and the engagement letter names the person responsible.

Appearance and pleading

The firm has advocates in house and appears before courts and tribunals directly. Where a matter falls in a jurisdiction in which the firm is not on record, local counsel is engaged and the firm remains the client's point of contact.

Chartered accountancy

Statutory and internal audit, and work reserved to a chartered accountant, is performed and signed by a chartered accountant holding a certificate of practice. A company cannot be appointed auditor; the appointment is personal to the professional.

Company secretarial

Certification and filings reserved to a company secretary in practice are performed by a qualified company secretary, whether in house or engaged for the matter.

Notarial acts

Notarial acts are performed by a notary appointed under the Notaries Act, 1952. The appointment is personal and is never held by a company.

Financial activity

Advisory work on bank finance, project finance and capital raising is provided as consultancy. Activities requiring a licence or registration are undertaken only where the firm or the engaged professional is duly authorised.

Representation before authorities

Representation or appearance before a tax, regulatory or procurement authority is made by a person authorised to appear before that forum.

Compliance framework

The company maintains a compliance-focused approach to taxation, corporate law, the Foreign Exchange Management Act, banking regulation, Government procurement rules and other applicable requirements.

Where a matter requires a qualification, registration or licence the firm does not hold, that is stated at the outset and the appropriate professional is engaged. Engaging an external professional is disclosed to the client, and the firm remains the single point of contact for the matter.

The scope of services can be expanded through appropriately qualified professionals and any registrations or licences required.

Bar Council of India rules

Under the rules of the Bar Council of India, advocates are not permitted to advertise or solicit work. Nothing on this website is an advertisement, an invitation or a solicitation, and no material on it constitutes legal advice or creates an advocate–client relationship.

The firm does not publish case studies, does not name clients, and does not disclose matters. This is both a professional obligation and a deliberate position.

Software and technology services are delivered on standard commercial terms and sit outside the scope of the Bar Council rules.
