The firm
Juric Consultancy Private Limited is a legal and financial consultancy in Ahmedabad, providing litigation, taxation, corporate and regulatory advisory, accounts and audit, banking and finance, project and government consultancy, and notarial services.
We work with founders, established businesses and enterprises from chambers in Ahmedabad, on matters that are national in reach. The firm is deliberately close-knit: the person who takes the enquiry is the person accountable for the work.
Holding these disciplines in one firm means a matter that crosses them, such as a financing round carrying tax and documentation consequences, does not require separate advisers, separate briefings, or reconciling two versions of the same facts.

Guidance
Founders setting up a company, established businesses that have outgrown ad-hoc support, and enterprises that want a second, considered view — on legal counsel, on accounts, on a tax position, or on all of them at once. We are sector-agnostic but tend to do our best work with technology, services and manufacturing businesses.
It begins with a short, no-obligation conversation — usually thirty minutes — to understand the matter, the timing, and whether we are the right fit. Where the discussion turns to specifics, we are glad to work under non-disclosure from the outset. If we are a fit, you receive a written scope, a fee proposal, and a clear point of contact. We then begin.
By scope for discrete matters, by monthly retainer for ongoing work, and at an agreed hourly rate where the work is genuinely open-ended. We do not bill in opaque increments and we do not invoice for the first conversation.
We do. Litigation and dispute resolution is one of the eight areas of the legal and financial practice, covering civil suits, criminal suits, proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal, and arbitration. The firm has advocates in house and appears before courts and tribunals directly. Where a matter calls for a jurisdiction in which we are not on record, we engage local counsel and remain your point of contact.
Yes. We are based in Ahmedabad and our work is national in reach. Central regulatory, corporate, tax and financial matters proceed the same regardless of where a client is located; for state-specific matters and for appearances outside our own courts we engage local counsel where required.
By email to contact@juric.in, or by the enquiry form below. A brief note about your business and the matter is enough to begin; please do not send sensitive documents until we have replied and confirmed engagement.
Enquiry
All enquiries are received and responded to by email. We will read your note carefully and reply within two working days — usually sooner. Please do not send privileged or sensitive documents in the first message.
